FMCG Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Convenience and Wholesale customers, developing commercial relationships to support future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Take ownership of customer relationships, balancing external customer requirements with the support of a cross-functional selling team.
- Commercial Planning: Develop and implement commercial plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Pricing and Promotion: Negotiate and implement pricing and promotion strategies to meet customer needs.
- Category Management: Understand category, market, customer, and consumer dynamics to inform business decisions.
- Negotiation and Account Planning: Negotiate new product listings and distribution extensions for existing products.
- Promotional Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead internal business planning and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience: Proven UK account executive and management experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably with experience dealing with customers in the Value and Convenience sector.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy, and ability to demonstrate NSV growth achievement.
- Education: Degree educated (or equivalent).
