As a Quality Database Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our pathology services meet external regulatory and accreditation requirements.

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our Pathology Quality Team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Management of the Quality Management System (QMS) database, including creating and archiving user accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and performing routine data input
  • Reporting and data analysis, including extraction and manipulation of data to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the team in managing the practical arrangements and documentation requirements for external assessments/inspections of pathology
  • Clerical tasks as required, including photocopying, answering the telephone, and providing administrative support to team members

This is a permanent, part-time position working 16 hours per week, with a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
