Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Ler (SG) Ltd is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record of delivering quality and safety excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Managing records of Lifting Equipment and machinery inspected by Zurich, and maintenance related to regulatory requirements.
- Conducting monthly H&S site inspections and reporting to area owners.
- Investigating failed/defective components in line with policies and procedures, and reducing risks through regular assessments.
- Managing and monitoring emergency procedures, including fire safety, signage, PPE, COSHH control, accident investigation, and reporting.
- Reporting on the company's QHSE performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities as required.
- Updating quality objectives and KPI measures quarterly.
- Conducting QHSE inductions and training courses using internal and external resources when necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- A quality assurance qualification from an accredited body, such as CQI, and a H&S qualification, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
