About this exciting opportunity:

Matchtech is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and improving our quality management systems.

This role offers a unique chance to work in a highly regulated environment and contribute to the improvement of our quality management systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing local procedures and forms within the document management system
  • Conducting internal audits and managing the internal audit program
  • Facilitating external audits by regulatory and certification bodies
  • Supporting operational teams in addressing audit findings, including root cause analysis investigations
  • Reviewing employee competency and issuing stamp authority
  • Collaborating with central QMS teams to localize and implement policies and processes

What you'll need:

  • Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably AS9100
  • Experience in precision engineering or other highly regulated industries
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
