Customer Support Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled Windows and Office Support Technician to join our customer support team at ParentPay Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers via various channels, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat
  • Effectively log all support requests on Zendesk to track and manage tickets
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver a positive experience
  • Stay informed about software developments and address any knowledge gaps
  • Participate in internal and external training courses to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines and taking ownership of tasks
