About the Role:
  • Lead and inspire a team of support staff in delivering exceptional care to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and coordinated support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Essential Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Service Manager within a similar setting
  • A valid driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.
