Care Team Lead Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Care Team Lead to join our team in the Dumfriesshire region.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience and a strong background in social care.
  • You will lead and develop a team of support workers, providing person-centered care to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
  • Our approach emphasizes building incredible futures by giving occupants opportunities, developing their life skills, and personal interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting occupants with daily tasks, such as household chores and administering medication
  • Chaperoning occupants to appointments and activities
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications include HNC in Social Care, SVQ in Social Services (Children and Young People) - SCQF 7 (Level 3), or equivalent
