Compassionate Home Care Support
We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to support an elderly lady in her own home. This is a part-time role that involves assisting with morning routines, ensuring the client's well-being and safety. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide gentle guidance when needed.
The role requires helping the client start their day with a gentle wake-up, guiding them through their shower, and assisting with dressing. The candidate can enjoy some downtime when the client doesn't need help, making it an ideal opportunity for those who want to make a difference while also having time for themselves.
This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours. The shifts are 2 hours a day, 7 days a week, from around 10 am to 12 noon, with some flexibility. The estimated salary for this role is £15.50 per hour, which is competitive considering the rural location. Having your own transport is essential due to the remote location.
As the team becomes more established, we anticipate being able to offer additional care hours, including non-waking (sleepover) night shifts, providing opportunities for career growth and development. If you are a caring and dependable individual who wants to make a positive impact in someone's life, we encourage you to apply for this role.
