Residential Care Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Housekeeper to join our team at Maben House, Lochmaben. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and well-being of our occupants.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in domestic support. Our team takes a patient and individualistic approach to supporting each person's unique needs and abilities, and we are committed to providing high-quality care and education to individuals with autism and complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out essential domestic duties, including planning, preparing, and delivering meal services that cater to the nutritional and dietary requirements of our occupants. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, adhering to strict standards of hygiene and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar setting would be beneficial, but full training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.
