**Job Title:** Water Resource Management Specialist

**Salary:** £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + hybrid working benefits

As a Water Resource Management Specialist at Flux Consulting, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective drainage strategies and Flood Risk Assessments. With 3-4 years of experience in flood risk management, you will have a solid understanding of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and the design process from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing foul and surface water/SuDS systems using MicroDrainage software
  • Conducting site visits to inform project direction
  • Familiarity with software like InfoWorks, ICM, Flood Modeller, and QGIS is advantageous
