Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel Experience Creation: Match customer needs with ideal holiday options, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  2. Client Relationships: Foster genuine connections with clients, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
  3. Client Information Management: Efficiently capture and manage essential client details for tailored service.
  4. Travel Expertise: Serve as a knowledgeable travel advisor, offering expert insights on various products and destinations.
  5. Long-Term Relationships: Drive customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business through consistent, high-quality service.
  6. Product and Destination Expertise: Continuously expand knowledge through supplier training and self-directed research.
  7. Customer Queries: Identify, own, and resolve customer queries with a solution-oriented approach.
  8. Customer Service: Uphold and exemplify the highest standards of customer service in all interactions.
  9. Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions professionally, including collecting and processing payments accurately.
  10. Performance Goals: Strive to meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets.
  11. Travel Logistics: Guide clients through travel logistics, including visa requirements and passport procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency, demonstrating growth and success.
  2. Results-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve personal and team goals, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease and precision.
  4. Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for delivering outstanding customer service.
  5. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for the finer points, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of travel planning.
  6. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while also excelling as a collaborative team player.
