Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Documentation: Prepare and manage precise travel documentation, including itineraries, tickets, and other travel-related materials.
  • Booking Management: Handle amendments and bookings with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to resolve travel queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and liaise with suppliers to confirm bookings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience of working within the Travel Industry (preferable).
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Administrational Experience: Administrational experience, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems would be a bonus.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and possess excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
Package and Benefits:
  • Salary: £23,100 - £25,000.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday.
  • Office-Based: Office-based only.
