Principal Global Benefits Consultant

Are you looking to lead client teams for some of Aon's largest and most prestigious accounts? This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic discussions with clients, leveraging Aon's wealth of experts.
  • Lead multiple client account teams, playing a highly visible client-facing role.
  • Track performance across client portfolios and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Build key relationships within the Aon network to support delivery of global consulting services.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working on complex multi-country employee benefits-related projects and relationships.
  • Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programmes work globally.
  • Solid understanding of core benefit programs (Retirement, Risk, Medical).
  • Working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
