Health and Safety Manager

Our client, a leading international food manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their site leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's pursuit of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HSE across the site, developing and executing a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Leading HSE training and awareness programs
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to drive improvements in Process Safety Management
- Ensuring compliance with ISO45001, 14001 and 50000 standards
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE, with experience in leading cultural change and building an HSE excellence culture.
They will be qualified to at least NEBOSH level and have a proven track record of leading HSE in high-risk manufacturing environments.
