Health and Safety Manager

Bulb Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop and implement Construction Phase Plans and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Support the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- NEBOSH General Safety certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing health and safety as a Tier 1 contractor.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
