Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage project activities, evaluate implementation and progress to accomplish project objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver project work plans, revise as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify and assign resources, manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement projects efficiently.
  • Analyze variances, initiate corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to define questions, liaise with business to obtain new requirements and explain feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on partnership or deal management, or product marketing and product management.
  • Strong negotiation and deal management skills, excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage projects independently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
