Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team at Academics LTD as a Psychology Graduate.

This role is ideal for those with career aspirations in behavioural neuroscience, clinical, counselling, developmental, educational, neuropsychology, physiological, school and social psychology fields.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • A strong understanding of psychological theories and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with children and adolescents

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Psychology Graduate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with children and adolescents to identify and address mental health concerns
  • Developing and implementing interventions to improve cognitive and emotional functioning
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making recommendations for improvement
