Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Utility Operations Specialist. As a key member of our Pest Elimination team, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out service activities to ensure high-quality delivery of our services to clients.

You will also be responsible for identifying sites with ongoing pest issues, developing action plans to resolve these issues, and conducting audits on fellow team members to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will support the training of new associates and provide guidance to existing team members on quality/service delivery/planning/leads and R1.

A competitive salary of approximately £40,000-£55,000 per annum, plus benefits and commission-based earnings, makes this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
