About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Channel Merchandising Assistant to join our Monsoon team. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient running of our concessions department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with concession partners to ensure timely product launches.
  • Deliver high-quality product elements and enrichment data for new season launches and monthly inputs, highlighting any potential issues that may impact product launch.
  • Liaise with the studio team to ensure all product images are in the correct format and shared with concession partners ahead of product launch.
  • Ensure accurate and timely concession reporting, produced and circulated on a weekly basis.
  • Support stock availability by assisting the team with allocations to meet product plans and customer demand.
  • Review concessions websites and work with partners to optimize product display, testing filters and shopper experience, and suggesting improvements to your line manager.
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure a seamless end-to-end process for getting products live.
  • Liaise with concession partners and buying, merchandising, and marketing teams to provide samples and images to support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure promo and MD prices are live on concession websites where agreed.
  • Provide administrative support for UK and International stores as needed, including loading international markdowns, maintaining Fashion Finder product attribution, adding/removing stores from grading, and loading store allocations.

Requirements:

  • Interest in working within fashion retail.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on solutions.
  • Strong administration and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of Excel.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to deliver to tight timescales and work under pressure.
