The Role:

We are seeking a Merchandising Assistant to join our team in East London, working closely with our merchandising function to provide key administrative support, build strong relationships within the brand, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the merchandising team, including allocating products to retail stores and digital concession partners across UK, Europe, and North America.
  • Analysing store/digital performance and strategizing solutions to maximise sales potential.
  • Liaising with regional teams to maximise business opportunities and working cross-functionally with teams across all trading channels.
  • Responsible for overseeing intake into the business, tracking deliveries, and collaborating with production and buying on delivery dates and changes to the product range.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with departments and stores, providing assistance where needed, and getting involved in store visits to gain a better understanding of different channels' needs and processes.
  • Maximising stock opportunities through replenishment, arranging transfers, and newness allocations, as well as managing system pricing and inputting markdown pricing.

Requirements:

  • Confident, proactive, and able to think creatively when problem-solving, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with respect.
  • A real passion for the brand, with the ability to objectively evaluate product ranges using sound commercial rationale.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
  • Demonstrates the brand values and promotes them within our stores, with a natural obsession with numbers and an understanding of Google Sheets.
