Education Support Specialist for Key Stage 1 and 2

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing individualized support to students in Reception and Year 1.
Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Lead classes confidently on Thursdays and Fridays, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated
- Support students with varying abilities, adapting activities to meet their unique needs
- Encourage outdoor learning and utilize our school grounds for creative activities
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 children
- Able to confidently lead a classroom and engage children in the learning process
- Nurturing approach aligned with our school's caring ethos and moral values
