Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced and passionate Phase Leader and Key Stage 2 (KS2) Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the leadership of a supportive and inclusive school environment, where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance and development of teachers and support staff within the phase.
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and assessment of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Monitor and analyse pupil progress, ensuring appropriate interventions are in place for those who need additional support.
- Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil behaviour.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, well-being, and respect, ensuring that the needs of all learners are met.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and a track record of improving pupil outcomes.
- Experience in developing effective assessment strategies and using data to inform teaching practice.
- A passion for continuous professional development and a drive for personal growth as well as the growth of the team.
