Job Title: Education Support Specialist

CER Education Recruitment is working in partnership with a college to find a number of Education Support Specialists to support students with a range of learning disabilities and difficulties. The role will involve working in a Special Needs Department and will require a schedule of four days per week, 9:15am to 3:45pm.



The ideal candidate will have:




  • GCSEs in English and Maths or level 2 equivalent
  • Experience supporting learners with Learning Difficulties including Autism, SEMH, and Behaviour needs, Severe Learning Difficulties
  • Experience supporting young adults in an education setting
  • A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
