About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our thriving Prep School to excellence. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work strategically to develop the direction of the school, continuously seeking improvement and success in the face of current challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing Prep School team to deliver a vision that builds on existing strengths and further develops its relationship with the Senior School.
  • Work collaboratively to develop the direction of the school, seeking improvement and success in the face of current challenges.
  • Combine a track record of successful strategic leadership experience with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in academic, pastoral, and co-curricular provision.

About the School

Lincoln Minster School is an independent co-educational HMC school for pupils aged 4 – 18 years. The school is set within an idyllic, historic quarter of the city, overlooked by the magnificent Lincoln Cathedral.
