Job Title: Headteacher - Preparatory School

Lincoln Minster School is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our thriving Preparatory School. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the school's direction and ensuring the continued success of our students.

About the Role

The Headteacher will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver a vision that builds on existing strengths and further develops the school's relationship with the Senior School. You will work strategically and collaboratively to develop the direction of the school, continuously seeking improvement and success in the face of current challenges within education and society.
