Job Overview

Lincoln Minster School is seeking an exceptional Head to lead our thriving Prep School. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively to develop the direction of the school, driving improvement and success in a rapidly changing educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing Prep School team to deliver a vision that builds on existing strengths and further develops its relationship with the Senior School.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive academic, pastoral, and co-curricular excellence.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and prospective parents.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive whole-school improvement and success.
About the School

Lincoln Minster School is an independent co-educational HMC school for pupils aged 4 – 18 years. Our Prep School caters for pupils up to the age of 11 years old and aims to provide first-class teaching and learning within a dynamic and inspiring environment.
