About the Role

United Learning is seeking an exceptional Head to lead our thriving Preparatory School. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work strategically to develop the direction of the school, driving improvement and success in the face of current challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing Prep School team to deliver a vision that builds on existing strengths and develops its relationship with the Senior School.
  • Work collaboratively to develop the direction of the school, seeking improvement and success.
  • Build excellent relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and prospective parents.
  • Combine strategic leadership experience with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in academic, pastoral, and co-curricular provision.

About the School

Lincoln Minster School is an independent co-educational HMC school for pupils aged 4 – 18 years. The school is part of United Learning, a group of academies and independent schools educating around 65,000 students in over 100 schools across England.
