Job Title: Head of Preparatory School

Job Summary: We are seeking an outstanding Head to lead our thriving Prep School. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work strategically and collaboratively to develop the direction of the school, continuously seeking improvement and success in the face of current challenges within education and society.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a high-performing Prep School team to deliver a vision that builds on existing strengths and further develops its relationship with the Senior School
* Work strategically and collaboratively to develop the direction of the school
* Inspire staff, pupils, parents, and prospective parents with a warm, approachable, and empathetic leadership style
* Combine a track record of successful strategic leadership experience with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in academic, pastoral, and co-curricular provision

About the School: Lincoln Minster School is an independent co-educational HMC school for pupils aged 4 – 18 years. The school is set within an idyllic, historic quarter of the city, overlooked by the magnificent Lincoln Cathedral.
