About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head to lead our thriving Prep School, ranked in the UK top 40 and a finalist for Pupil Wellbeing in the national Independent Schools of the Year Awards 2023.

The Prep School caters for pupils up to the age of 11 years old and aims to provide first-class teaching and learning within a wonderfully dynamic and inspiring environment.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing Prep School team to deliver a vision which builds on existing strengths and further develops its relationship with the Senior School.

Key priorities include ensuring pupils are happy and achieve, with a warm, approachable, and empathetic leadership style.

As a member of the whole school Senior Leadership Team, you will work strategically and collaboratively to develop the direction of the school, continuously seeking improvement and success in the face of current challenges.

We welcome applications from both serving and aspiring Heads with experience gained within the UK or internationally.
