Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Social Care Professional to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of care and support for foster carers, ensuring the children in their care receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload in the North East area, providing assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality service, adhering to relevant legislation and guidelines.
Requirements
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Driving License.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and experience working within the Social Care sector.
