Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload in the North East area, providing assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and support for foster carers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Driving License.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience working within the Social Care sector.
