About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Care Resolution Ltd as a Senior Support Worker. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Assessment and Planning
  • Assist with Care Coordination
  • Supervision and Appraisal of Junior Staff
  • Quality Assurance (Auditing of Care Records)
  • Light administrative duties
  • Personal care requirements like showering, incontinence needs, or getting ready for the day
  • Support with medication
  • Outings, activities, errands
  • Grocery shopping and meal preparation
  • Light household cleaning and domestic assistance

Requirements:

We are looking for a caring, hard-working, and compassionate individual with experience in domiciliary care. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable, but not essential. If you are comfortable on public transport and willing to travel throughout the day, please do not hesitate to apply.
