The Role:
As the Head of Installs for the North, you will oversee the installation operations across our northern territories. You will lead a team of approximately 200 skilled professionals, ensuring that our installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your role will be critical in driving performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of around 200 installation staff, including engineers, supervisors, and administrative support, ensuring they meet performance targets and KPIs.
• Oversee all installation activities in the northern region, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company goals and drive growth in the region.
