Client Services Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Call Centre within the Operations Department for a Client Services Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our customers have all the information they require and feel valued.
  • Deliver a broad range of products and services, including sales promotion.
  • Support customers using web-related services and bespoke CRM/database systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft products and possess effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Work to KPIs and targets, communicating effectively and presenting in a professional manner.
  • Interpret and work with rules and regulations, including formal guidelines (e.g., GDPR, ISO, PCI).
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with a can-do attitude, being reliable and flexible.
  • Respectful when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work alongside other team members and take ownership of tasks.
  • Interest and knowledge in the canine world (though not essential, as full product training will be provided).
