Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the fashion industry. They will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies for the Marketing team, including Social, Digital, Advertising, Communications, Print and Creative events, any and all marketing.
  • Build out the marketing team.
  • Develop and oversee all social media marketing strategies of all of House of CB's social platforms.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Design branding, positioning, and marketing messages.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
  • Ideate and execute on creative, out-of-the-box partnerships that anchor brand messaging and content.
  • Work with promotional and engagement techniques, such as influencer endorsements and paid advertising.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns with an emphasis on social media.
  • Strong creative ability.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
  • Proven experience creating and developing a marketing strategy from start-up to scale-up would be highly desirable.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
