Speech and Language Therapy Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead our team as a Dysphagia Lead. This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum salary of £55,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our dysphagia services, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

Main Objectives:

  • Service Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance eating, drinking, and dysphagia services.
  • Quality and Outcomes: Improve quality and service user outcomes through evidence-based practices.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: Qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Specialized Education: Postgraduate qualification in Dysphagia.
