Job Description

\

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to lead our Dysphagia therapy services. As Dysphagia Lead, you will be responsible for developing and refining policies for dysphagia therapy services, monitoring and guiding therapy record-keeping and quality standards, and providing training and support to colleagues and staff.

Requirements

\

To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Speech & Language Therapist, Speech Therapist, or similar role, leadership experience in dysphagia therapy at Band 7 level, a Post Graduate qualification in Dysphagia, and an Enhanced DBS check.
