The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in senior sales leadership roles within the automotive industry. A deep understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices is essential. Strong financial acumen, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills, are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain high standards of customer engagement, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to after-sales support.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and excellence throughout the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Business Development Director within the automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
