A high-performing General Sales Manager is needed to lead the sales team at Endeavour Automotive, one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the UK. Representing premium brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, Polestar, INEOS, LEVC, and Lotus, this role is perfect for a motivated leader with a passion for the automotive industry.

About Spot: Founded on the vision of developing a business we can all be proud of, Endeavour Automotive has built a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. With an exciting growth trajectory, we are seeking a highly driven General Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Elstree showroom with vision, energy, and motivation, setting strategic direction and empowering your team to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction are met, driving the sales department to exceed key performance indicators and monthly targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the business, continuously seeking new opportunities and revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, with demonstrable leadership and management skills.
  • An understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
  • Proven financial acumen with a track record of delivering strong results.
  • A customer-centric mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
