Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our executive team as a Part-time Personal Assistant to Directors. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the director.
  • Facilities Management: Coordinate repairs, maintenance services, and liaise with building management and external contractors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
