Key Venue Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Venue Business Development Manager to join our team at Hire Space. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Prime and Core marketing packages to venues across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and drive growth in the venue market.
- Identify and engage potential venue partners, building lasting relationships and creating tailored marketing solutions that drive venue success on our platform.
- Onboard new venues and collaborate with our Venue Account Management team to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI.
- Pitch marketing packages to decision-makers, showcasing the value and ROI that our solutions can bring to venues.
- Manage high-value accounts to ensure clients fully utilize our marketing services and achieve their business goals.
- Network extensively and bring industry insights to refine our marketing offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- A proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the hospitality or events sectors.
- Experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies to approach and engage new venues.
- Confidence in pitching marketing packages and demonstrating the value they bring to venues in increasing visibility and bookings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a compelling way.
- Comfortable managing high-value accounts and ensuring clients are fully leveraging our marketing services.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the events industry.
- Proactive, a self-starter, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of up to £42k-£45k pa, plus uncapped commission.
- A starting base salary of £30k-£32k.
