Operational Manager

As a key member of the Broadwick Entertainment Limited team, we are seeking an exceptional business leader to drive the operational strategy of our venue development initiatives.
Role OverviewThe Operational Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing processes and procedures that ensure smooth planning and communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients. This includes leading on longer-term internal projects such as building a reliable bank of freelance talent or wider supplier SLAs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collating and devising required documentation, activation budgets, compiling competitor analysis, and other relevant tasks.
This role requires a deep understanding of venue operations policies and procedures, with experience in creating and developing processes that champion best practice across the team. A strong finance background is essential, with responsibility for keeping the operations team to budget and ensuring commercial best practice is implemented throughout the team to maximise yield.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive venue development initiatives

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that values its employees.
