The venue operates predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends throughout the year.
As a key member of the Searcys team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring the overall success of your team and venue, and establishing a positive, nurturing, and inclusive working environment. You will have a proven track record in strategic leadership and a strong ability to motivate and develop your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To set an annual budget in line with company targets and deliver forecasts and yearly targets.
- To monitor monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring you are on track to meet full-year targets.
- To set strategic plans for driving profitable sales and improving standards.
- To recruit, motivate, develop, and manage the talents within the venue.
- To ensure all aspects of client and company expectations are communicated to all levels across the venue.
- To build and maintain solid, professional relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
- To ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation and procedures.
- To conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure all standards and procedures regarding Hygiene and Safety are established and maintained in line with the company manual.
