About the Role

Michael Page Human Resources seeks a skilled Senior Job Evaluation Officer to lead our team.

  • Direct a team of 4-5 Job Evaluation officers.
  • Collaborate with the Reward manager to refine job evaluation methods.
  • Maintain precise and current records.
  • Support HR teams in achieving business objectives.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with Trade Unions.
  • Perform comprehensive job evaluations throughout the organisation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in HR generalist or Reward roles.
  • Knowledge of the NJC framework.
  • Commute to Birmingham 2-3 days per week.
  • Previous line management experience or dotted line reporting.
