About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Create and Connect, a leading software company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales revenue within an assigned territory to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue within an assigned territory to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new sales opportunities.
  • Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via webinars or face-to-face meetings.
  • Create and issue price quotations.
  • Document all sales communications in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to support prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Occasionally visit customers and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT competence with a desire to develop technical skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to build rapport in a B2B environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
