About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our expanding team at CV Library Ltd, a renowned manufacturer of bespoke products to the aerospace industry.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining world-class quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Delivery and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
  2. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of all required equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain world-class levels of quality in all production processes.
  4. Health & Safety: Ensure all areas of the business comply with relevant safety standards, providing a safe working environment for employees.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling and MRP systems.
  • Solid knowledge of operational processes, with a focus on sheet metal cutting and forming.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and protocols.
