Join Our Team as a Specification Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Specification Sales Manager to join our team at True Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing specifications for our range of commercial HVAC equipment in the South East region.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with consultants to secure specifications for our commercial HVAC equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and consultants in the South East region
  • Collaborate with the Contractor Sales counterpart to ensure orders are fulfilled
  • Utilize your knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment to provide expert advice to consultants and contractors

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000
  • Uncapped commission of up to £20,000
  • A car or car allowance
  • 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • A company pension scheme

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling mechanical products, such as AHUs, MVHR, commercial boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and fan coils
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
