Job Overview:

Russell Taylor Group Ltd seeks an experienced Chemical Laboratory Operations Leader to oversee the quality control function in our Manchester-based facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and quality assurance, as well as leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.

Key Requirements:
  1. Degree in a relevant discipline (ideally Chemistry)
  2. Extensive experience in a chemical/QC setting
  3. Leadership experience and ability to coordinate effective training in GC and HPLC
  4. Experience working to highly regulated standards (ideally within the chemical sector)
