Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Operations Manager to lead our technical team in the adhesives and coatings sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, addressing customer quality issues, and developing new products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of the technical department activities and quality control staff.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance.
  • Ensuring product quality meets customer expectations and company specifications.
  • Raising and maintaining purchase specifications for raw materials.
  • Creation and maintenance of production control documents.
  • Involvement in new product design and development.
  • Overseeing trial production runs and reporting outcomes.
  • Providing technical support to the sales department.

Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory capacity within manufacturing or laboratory technical roles.
  • Knowledge of adhesives and coatings sectors, particularly silicone, paper, and film raw materials.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and report writing skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands and priorities.
