**Childrens Home Manager Position Overview

RRS National seeks a dedicated and experienced Childrens Home Manager to lead our teams in delivering exceptional care and support services to young people in Lancaster and Skipton.

**Job Description:**

• Manage Childrens Homes in accordance with Ofsted regulations, ensuring high standards of care and support.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations, including The Princes Trust, to create opportunities for young people.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
